Amitabh Bachchan is the veritable Shahenshah of Hindi film industry even at the age of sixty-plus.
While the young actors in Bollywood have to content with a handful of projects, Big B’s kitty is presently full ‘to the brim’ with not less than 20 films.
To name a few, the superstar is acting in Kaizad Gustad’s ‘Boom’, Honey Irani’s Armaan, Raj Kumar Santoshi’s Khaki, Farhaan Akhtar’s Lakshya and B. R. Chopra’s Baghban.
Add to these a film each by directors like Vinod Chopra, Govind Nihalani, Anil Sharma (of Gadar fame) and Gaurang Doshi.
And now it is learnt that the superstar will also act in two of his forthcoming home productions to be directed by Rakesh Mehra and Vipul Shah (with whom he worked in Aankhen).
If that is not enough, Big B seems to be taking interest in exercising his vocal chords for film songs. He recently recorded a song for Baghban, and is likely to croon another scintillating number in one of his home productions.
