Of the three Bollywood releases last Friday, Kareena Kapoor starrer Khushi seems to be fairing well at the box-office.
Some Khushi at last seems to be coming Kareena's way who had been looking for a hit ever since her last successful film Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai.
Although the Boney Kapoor-produced film hit the marquee simultaneously with Karisma Kapoor starrer Baaz and Madhur Bhandarkar-directed Satta, the movie has been able to pull respectable number of movie buffs to the cine theatres.
This is partly because of the fact that the other two movies are aimed at select audience.
While Khushi is a light-hearted romantic flick that is likely to appeal to people of different age groups, Baaz, on the other hand, is a suspense thriller that is good for a single viewing only.
And Raveena Tandon-starrer Satta is a semi realistic socio-political thriller that will appeal to niche audience.
