It seems like a case of a reel love story turning into real life romance. In Shaad Ali directed Saathiya Vivek played a lovesick hero wooing Rani.
Now, the fiction on celluloid is becoming a reality for the ‘Road’ boy, if the latest Bollywood grapevine is to be believed.
Vivek and Rani reportedly developed a ‘very close and friendly relationship’ during the making of the film. In fact, it is believed that the intimacy between the two had caused the break up of Vivek’s engagement with his long-time girlfriend Gurpreet.
While neither Vivek nor Rani has publicly accepted their love for each other, inside sources quote Vivek as conceding that he was indeed “in love with her (Rani), but only in a platonic way”.
