Bollywood actresses usually shun giving kissing scenes before camera, but Mahima Chowdhary has defied the convention.
Reports have it that Mahima shot a torrid lovemaking scene with actor Priyanshu Chatterjee for director Tanuja Chandra's film titled ‘Film Star’.
The scene, says Mahima, was a part of the story and could not be deleted from the screenplay.
Director Tanuja says that although Mahima was “uncomfortable” in giving the scene, she did it because "I wanted both of them to kiss.”
‘Film Star’ has Mahima playing a successful actress who coaxes a top-notch lawyer (Priyanshu) to fight the case against the killer (Vasundhara Das) of her husband (Aryan Vaid). Gradually, a physical intimacy develops between the actress and the lawyer
The film is currently on the floors and will be 50 per cent complete by March end.
