Urmila Matondakar has won praise from director Ramgopal Varma for her ‘scintillating’ performance in the director’s next movie titled Bhoot.
Starring Ajay Devgan, Fardeen Khan and Rekha in the leading roles Bhoot, has Urmila playing the wife of Devgan. The film is about a married couple who shift to a new house in Mumbai. The couple is troubled by some paranormal activities taking place in their household.
Ramu says that Urmila has given "a great performance" in Bhoot. The director seems to be particularly impressed by the Rangeela star’s quicksilver ability to switch from one facial expression to the other.
Bhoot is an offbeat film that has no songs, either lip-synced or played in the background.
