Gracy Singh, who made her Bollywood debut as a simple village belle in Aamir Khan’s Lagaan, is shunning the roles that require her to expose on screen.
Gracy seems to have set her priorities straight in the beginning her career. She has stated that she won’t indulge in any bump grind roles and won’t expose before camera.
She has walked out of Harry Baweja’s Qayamat just because her role required her to appear in skimpy outfits. She was replaced by Miss India Neha Dhupia.
Promos showing Neha donning a skimpy two-piece are currently on the air.
Gracy, who will next be seen alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Anil Kapoor in Honey Irani’s Armaan, says she won’t take the easy bump-grind route but rather make her niche in Bollywood as a sensible heroine.
“I want to be known for my acting and not for my body,” says the comely damsel.
