Shahrukh Khan has still not completely recovered from the surgery on his spine. Yet the actor is on the move to shoot for Bollywood films.
SRK, who recently left for London for his monthly post-surgery checkup, will be flying to the US (from there) for a 90-day schedule of Karan Johar's Kal Ho Na Ho. The movie co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Preity Zinta and Jaya Bachchan.
But SRK’s tale of grit and determination gets an added appreciation when we come to know that the actor shot 70 per cent of Chalte Chalte in acute pain. As a precaution the actor had doctors and ambulances on the sets. Moreover, he did not let his duplicate do any scene for him.
Although SRK went through an intensive surgery a couple of months back, he still needs to take great care before he gets back in action. The actor admits that he feels a lot of pain in the first half of the day whenever he bends his back.
Yet what is commendable is that the actor is on the road to shoot for Karan Johar’s movie, after which he will begin working for Farah Khan and Ashutosh Gowarikar’s movies respectively.
