It is well known that Akshay Kumar is a favourite of producer-director Suneel Darshan.
Darshan’s most films have Akshay in the lead, so it is not surprising that Akshay will again play the lead role in Darshan’s next film titled Aashirwaad.
Darshan brought Akshay back in the reckoning with his last blockbuster Andaaz, which was one of the biggest hits of the year.
Just like Andaaz, Aashirwaad too will have two leading ladies opposite the Khiladi, but their names are being strictly kept under wraps.
Aashirwaad will be directed by Darshan himself, who will announce the names of the female star cast on August 28, the day which marks the 100 days celebration of Andaaz.
