Ajay Jadeja may have been a hard hitter on the cricket field. But he has turned out to be a poor actor in Bollywood.
Jadeja was recently seen making his Bollywood debut alongside debutante Celina Jaitely in Sunil Shetty-Sunny Deol starrer Khel.
Sadly, the cricketer-turned-actor has neither the looks nor the talent to get a firm foothold in tinsel town.
In Khel, Jadeja plays a simple guy who is undeservingly implicated in a murder and is sentenced to life imprisonment.
Although the role was not really challenging and did not require much histrionics from a performer, Jadeja still went unnoticed because of his bland facial expressions, poor dialogue delivery and a voice that leaves no impact whatsoever.
It was considerate of Jadeja’s good friend Sunil Shetty to give the former cricketer a chance to try his luck before the camera in his home production Khel, but there are serious doubts that any good offers would be coming Jadeja’s way in near future.
