Mahima Chaudhary has joined the bandwagon of Bollywood stars, who are using their celebrity status to lend support to PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).
Mahima recently participated in a photo shoot for PETA's latest print campaign. The campaign shows Mahima sitting on a wrought iron swing against the backdrop of a blue skyline, symbolizing as the protector of animals. Fashion photographer Atul Kasbekar handled the camera for the campaign.
Following the announcement of the campaign Mahima also appeared before the media dressed as an angel in a golden gown.
In her address, Mahima said that she has been a vegetarian all her life. The actress also urged others to follow the same example.
