For the father-son duo Feroz and Fardeen Khan, this year’s Id-ul-Fitr will be special as it marks the release of their much awaited Rs. 17 crore film Janasheen.
Feroz is not the least worried that his Janasheen is hitting the marquee on the same day as Shahrukh Khan’s Kal Ho Naa Ho. According to senior Khan, the two movies belong to different genres and therefore there is no need to be concerned about any competition between them.
It is learnt that Feroz has planned a star-studded premiere show of Janasheen in Bombay on November 25th, the Id day.
Fardeen and his female co-star Celina Jaitley has already inaugurated the advance booking in Hyderabad at Santosh 70mm cinema, where the two autographed selected tickets to be given to buyers.
Janasheen has Feroz playing Fardeen’s foster father. The movie marks the return of Feroz as a director after five years.
