Recently Akshay Kumar was praised by the Chief of Army Staff N C Vij for having a good physique.
It so happened that Akshay was amongst the guests invited for a dinner hosted Major General T K Kaul in honour of the Army Chief.
And to his utter surprise the Army Chief praised the martial arts’ hero for having a good physique. But a humble and down to earth person that Akshay is, he replied that the real heroes are the army jawans who are guarding the nation and he himself is an artificial hero.
Sad, J P Dutta didn’t cast Akshay in his war magnum opus ‘LoC’ for Akshay seems to have great admiration for the soldiers.
Akshay will soon be seen on screen playing a cop in Raj Kumar Santoshi’s Khakee.
