Aamir Khan was all praise for Vishal Bhardwaj’s second directorial effort Maqbool after the film’s special screening during its music launch.
Aamir was at the music launch on the special invitation by Maqbool producer Bobby Bedi, who is also the producer of Aamir’s next movie ‘The Rising’. The actor also handed over the souvenirs of acknowledgement to some singers and musicians.
Overjoyed after the film’s screening, Aamir said it was the best film he had seen in a long time. He also lauded the performance of the leading actors in the film – Irfaan Khan , Pankaj Kapoor and Tabu “I was lucky to see the film. The actors have done a superb job,” said the perfectionist Khan.
Maqbool is the Indianized adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic ‘MacBeth’.
