Chameli may not be drawing good crowds at cine theatres, but its leading actress Kareena Kapoor is certainly getting praises for her acting in the film.
A few people in Bollywood are going gaga over Kareena’s bold portrayal of a prostitute in recently released Chameli. Among them is famous director-producer Karan Johar .
It is learnt that Karan recently saw the movie and was pretty impressed by Kareena’s performance. He even called the actress to complement her.
Eventually, Karan’s gesture helped breaking the ice between the two. As we know, Kareena and Karan were having some differences after the Kapoor belle was dropped for Preity Zinta in Karan’s Kal Ho Na Ho, starring Shah Rukh Khan .
However, it is still not known whether the two decide to work together in future again.
