Those youngsters who are interested in acting can now avail the help of Bollywood’s acting teacher Kishore Namit Kapoor’s guidebook 'For The Actor - You Are The Instrument, You Are The Player'.

The book, written to help youngsters to understand the nuances of the acting, was officially released by this year’s winner of Filmfare Award (for Best Actor) Hrithik Roshan on March 16 in Mumbai.

During the book release, Namit Kapoor recalled how he could not find a single book on acting during his college days. He added that later on while he was graduating from FTII [Pune], the only books that were available were by foreign authors and were irrelevant to the kind of cinema in India.

Talking about his book Namit said it should “serve as a road map for aspiring actors to make a success of the profession.”

Also present on the occasion were Namit’s students Vivek Oberoi and Yukta Mookhey .

Over past two decades Namit has trained a number of Bollywood stars like Hrithik, Vivek, Saif Ali Khan , Kareena Kapoor , Akshaye Khanna Priyanka Chopra , Mahima Chaudhary and Fardeen Khan .

The book is published by Egmont Imagination and is available in Hindi and English languages at Rs. 295 and Rs. 695 respectively.
