Amitabh Bachchan ’s intensity, charisma and deep-rooted understanding of life have impressed director Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is making ‘Black’ with the superstar.
Bhansali says that before working with Bachchan in ‘Black’ he considered the superstar as a great actor but his opinion has changed considerably for better after knowing the man personally.
"You’ve no idea what Mr. Bachchan is doing to my film. I thought he was the greatest before I worked with him. Now I worship him. Besides being a good actor, he is gem of a person and a humble human being," said the filmmaker who is deemed as one of the most successful directors in Bollywood.
In his turn, Bachchan too is not short of compliments for Bhansali. The superstar says that with Bhansali he is constantly learning and unlearning.
Calling his role in ‘Black’ as one of the best in his acting career, Bachchan adds humbly that it would be a pity if he could not live upto the expectations of his director.
