Do you know that Shah Rukh Khan's forthcoming film Main Hoon Na was originally named 'The Outsider' and the actor did not initially approve of change in the movie's title by director Farah Khan .
The idea of change in the movie's title came about when Farah was working on the script with Abbas Tyrewala (of Maqbool and Munnabhai MBBS fame). The new title Main Hoon Na wasn't approved by Shah Rukh Khan in the beginning, but the actor changed his mind after Farah persisted.
Another interesting fact about the movie is that it was supposed to cast Hrithik Roshan as SRK's younger brother. But Hrithik opted his way out of the movie and the role eventually went to Zayed Khan , the younger brother of his wife Suzanne. Coincidentally, Zayed's first film Na Tum Jaano Na Hum was also supposed to star Hrithik in the leading role.
And Farah's choice of Sushmita Sen as the film's leading lady was partly the fulfillment of her promise to Sush while working with the actress on the 'Mehboob Mere' song in movie Fiza. Farah had then made a promise to Sush that she would cast her in her directorial debut and Farah did keep her word.
