After impressing the audience with his acting skills in Ab Tak Chhappan, Nana Patekar is thinking of wielding the megaphone again.
Nana, who had earlier directed a movie called Prahaar (starring Madhuri Dixit) is now planning to direct a film inspired from a Marathi play by S N Pendse.
Titled Jumman the movie will have Nana playing the male lead. To play the female lead Nana is thinking of signing Rani Mukherjee who is currently doing important projects including ‘ The Rising ’ and ‘ Black ’.
It is learnt that Rani’s role in the movie will be a non-glamorous one, in keeping with its realistic theme.
Nana is also thinking of roping in Naseeruddin Shah, Rekha and Raghubir Yadav for other roles in the film.
