For a change, Lara to play Ajay's heroine, not Akshay's

Lara Dutta was being considered to play female lead for a Bollywood movie starring Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgan . While it looked obvious that she would play Akshay's heroine in the film, but that hasn't happened.
Lara and Akshay made quite a pair in their film Andaaz and many filmmakers in Bollywood see them as suitable lovers on screen. The two are currently acting together in Feroz Nadiadwala’ Aan and the sequel to Hera Pheri.
Producer Keshu has been considering to sign the pretty damsel opposite either of the two heroes in his movie which was earlier titled Sipaahi. After much dilly-dallying, the movie's director K. Subhash decided to cast her opposite Ajay and not Akshay.
The filmmaker is now looking for one more heroine to play Akshay's love interest in the film. The movie also stars Jaya Prada , Rahul Dev and Archana Puran Singh.
Shooting for the film has already begun in Mumbai.
