We told you in December that Madhuri Dixit has been approached by some filmmakers who wanted to cast her in their films. Prakash Jha was one of them.
Now reports are that the ‘Dhak Dhak’ girl has consented to do Jha’s film, which is titled Rajniti.
Rajniti will be Madhuri’s second film with Jha after Mrityudand, a women oriented film set in Bihar. Though Mrityudand was a not a big hit, Madhuri’s acting won many accolades.
Jha had announced Rajniti right after the success of Gangaajal with Ajay Devgan in mind for one of the male leads.
If all goes as planned, Rajniti will be Madhuri’s second film with Devgan after Yeh Raaste Hai Pyar Ke .
