Preity Zinta is quite cool about many things in her life. But she takes her looks very seriously.
Preity gets bored of donning the same look for a long time. Although the exuberance of her cherubic face with fleshy cheeks and cute dimples is unfading, the actress keeps on changing her look after few months. The pretty damsel has, in fact, adopted her own way of deciding her look for every film she does.
"What I do is I shoot my own look on a camcorder and then show it to the director to know if it gels with the character in the film," says the actress.
Preity adds that she likes to project the youthful look and is more comfortable in western outfits.
Preity's hair stylist for Kal Ho Na Ho Mickey Contractor recalls how she would have long discussions with him to decide upon a particular style. He says: "She (Preity) wants to actively participate in deciding her look for a scene."
In fact, Preity is known to working out at gym before every photo shoot.
