Kareena Kapoor has done two things for the first time in Govind Nihalani ’s Dev . And much before the release of the film, she has apologised for one of those first things.
For the first time, the junior Kapoor lass has given a smooch on screen (to Fardeen Khan ) and for the first time Kareena has sung a song for the film.
But it is not the kiss that Kareena has apologised for. The apology is for the song that she has rendered in her own voice.
Though Bebo was not at all confident of recording the song in the film, she did it after much persuasion by Nihalani and music director Aadesh Srivastava.
But now that Dev is set to release this Friday, Kareena has come up with an apology about the song.
“I don’t know how people will react to my song in the film. I have an awfully harsh voice; this was completely Govindji’s vision to make me sing. But in advance, I apologise to all my fans for croaking,” she says.
But don’t you all fans out there feel that Kareena must have done a good job especially under the guidance of Nihalani?
