As a Bollywood actress she has represented India twice at the Cannes Films Festival and is also set to star alongside Meryl Streep in ‘Chaos’. And now reports are coming in that Ash’s film ‘Raincoat’ will be screened at the 39th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival to be held from July 2 to 12. Not only that, ‘Raincoat’, which also stars Ajay Devgan and is directed by Rituparno Ghosh , has also been entered in the competition section of the 26th Moscow International Film Festival which opens on June 29. After Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and David Dhawan ’s Hum Kisise Kum Nahin , ‘Raincoat’ is the third film that stars Ash and Devgan opposite each other. Being shot in Kolkata, ‘Raincoat’ is the simple love story of two estranged lovers who meet after an extended sabbatical on a monsoon afternoon. 'Raincoat' is slated for release later in the year.
