Hrithik Roshan says there were times during the making of Lakshya when director Farhaan Akhtar pushed him to such limits that he almost wanted to strangle him. But, looking back, he adds that all the hard work was worth it.
Lakshya has been one of the toughest films of Hrithik so far. Shooting in the most inhospitable terrain of Leh-Ladakh, suffering with altitude sickness and the grueling training - it all tested the young star's physical and mental strength.
"While shooting for the film, I faced hardships I had not imagined before. And Farhaan always kept on pushing me to deliver more and more. Back then, I remember me wanting to strangle him. But today, I see that all the effort has paid off. Today I see that Farhaan tested my limits to also lend strength to the character Karan I play in the film," Hrithik says to one of our staff reporters.
When asked about his chemistry with Preity Zinta with whom he has acted in three films so far, Hrithik said he felt most comfortable working with Preity.
Meanwhile, the actor has not signed any film after Lakshya so far. He says he is waiting for the right script.
