The more Preity knows SRK, the more she admires him

Preity Zinta takes her own sweet time to know people. But once she strikes a common chord with someone she is a friend for life.
Today Preity is full of praises for Shah Rukh Khan . But this was not the case until the two worked together for Yash Chopra's yet-to-be-titled movie which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee besides Preity and SRK.
Preity says that during the making of her first film with SRK, Dil Se there was so much of awkwardness between her and SRK because the two did not know each other that well back then.
For Preity the process of getting to know the real SRK, the person he is at heart, started during the making of Kal Ho Na Ho .
"Even during "Kal Ho Na Ho" I didn't know him that well. Now during this film that we're doing together for Yash Chopra I've become so fond of him! He's just so amazing! He's beyond any actor," said Preity in an interview to a news agency.
"I take my time to come close to people. Once I do, I'm a friend for life," the bubbly actress added.
