SCOOP!! & NEWS Bollywood’s dashing dude in dhoti and kurta! 05th Aug 2004  20.32 IST By Nitika Desai   John Abraham is one of the most handsome and dashing dudes in Bollywood. And it is hard to imagine him playing a dhoti-kurta clad character. That is how we will see him in Deepa Mehta’s soon-to-be-released film Water that was also titled ‘River Moon’ early on. The story of the film is set in the pre-independence era. In the movie John plays a character named Narayan who is a follower of Mahatma Gandhi. John will be seen wearing a dhoti, kurta and spectacles throughout the movie. ‘Water’ also stars Lisa Ray in the female lead. There have been rumors that John will also appear nude for a scene in the movie. But such gossiptalk has been denied by the actor.
