Malaika Arora , is credited with the tag of the original item girl for the raunchy dance number Chaiya Chaiya. That dance number with Shah Rukh Khan in Dil Se was instrumental for the inclusion of item numbers in Bollywood.
Acting offers started pouring in for the sizzling Malaika but the former VJ rejected all and settled happily with Arbaaz Khan .
She said ‘yes’ for a small role in Kaante and her pole-dance number Maahi Ve became the talk of the town.
And now Malaika, who is a mom of a kid, has said ‘yes’ to not one but two roles. According to Salman Khan ’s sister-in-law, both are big banner films with big name directors and are out-and-out thrillers, full of action and mystery.
Malaika adds that she’s always loved thrillers so she readily accepted the roles.
Not only that, Amrita Arora ’s elder sister goes on to say that she is always watching horror and mystery shows, so thrillers fit the sort of films she wants to do perfectly.
