SCOOP!! & NEWS Ash ‘immortalized’ in wax at Madam Tussauds07th Sept 2004 18.09 IST By Nitika Desai The spellbinding beauty of Aishwarya Rai will be immortalized in waxwork at the Madame Tussauds museum in London. Finding a place at Madam Tussauds is an honor that has so far been conferred upon just one Bollywood star – Amitabh Bachchan . But come September end, Ash will become the second Bollywood star to grace the museum when she unveils her waxwork model. 
The idea to make a wax replica of the stunning blue-eyed Bollywood beauty was presented by the distributors of Bride and Prejudice . And the museum, which creates only 15 new figures each year, agreed to make a waxwork of Ash after considering her increasing worldwide popularity and the giant strides she is taking into Hollywood. Madame Tussauds museum features waxwork models of legendary personalities across the world including filmstars like Marlon Brando, Brad Pitt, Elizabeth Taylor and Madonna.
