Bollywood diva Rekha will be seen playing a con woman in director Govind Menon’s next film.
The film is titled Bachke Rehna Re Baba and is the story of two sisters who swindle rich people.
Rekha plays the elder sister while hot belle Mallika Sherawat plays her younger sibling. The film has Rekha in the unique role of a glamorous con woman who tricks rich men off their money.
The film is directed by Menon whose previous release Kis Kis Ki Kismat ran out of kismat at the box office. That is why Menon is extra cautious about deciding the time of release of Bachke Rehna Re Baba.
The film will be released on April 22.
Bollywood trade quotes Menon as saying: “It is a date that has been cautiously arrived at by the producers, one week after the Indo-Pak series ends on April 17. We were particular about avoiding the double barrel attack of the examination period and the cricket series.”
