SCOOP!! & NEWS Bewafaa director takes the marital vow 02nd Mar 2005  16.08 IST By Aparajita Ghosh   Dharmesh Darshan , the director of recently released movie Bewafaa tied the nuptial knot on Sunday. The reclusive director married Bindiya, the daughter of a family friend. The match was arranged by Darshan’s family with the approval of the director and the bride. The marriage took place at an Arya Samaj temple in Mumbai in a rather private ceremony attended by family members only. Conspicuously absent was Darshan’s favorite star Akshay Kumar , who was shooting in Dubai and sent his best wishes via telephone only. Akshay is quoted to have said that he came to know about Darshan’s marriage just one day before it and could not fly down to Mumbai to attend it. While the marriage ceremony was a hush-hush affair, there will be an elaborate reception in the coming days in which many Bollywood stars are likely to be invited.
