Middle-aged couples never had much footage in Bollywood flicks until Bachchan and Hema set the trend with their emotion-filled portrayal of elderly couples in films like Baghban and Veer Zaara . 
In the prime of their lives Amitabh and Hema starred together in a number of films including Desh Premi, Naseeb and Kasauti. But Big B claims that the chemistry between them was never so much for real as recently in the twilight of their careers. Mid-Day quotes Bachchan calling Hema Malini as “an exquisitely beautiful woman.” “I’d like to believe that some of the warmth we share in real life spills over on screen. I enjoyed working with Hemaji in the past. Now I’m looking forward to working with her again,” Bachchan is quoted by the daily. Bachchan and Malini are already acting together in Ravi Chopra’s forthcoming film Babul . And now it is learnt that the Chopras have signed them once again for another film that will reportedly be the Hindi version of Clint Eastwood’s film ‘The Bridges of Madison County’.
