Bollywood’s glam girl Sameera Reddy will appear in the popular British television show ‘Casualty’.
‘Casualty’ is considered the world's longest running and most successful medical television drama series. And in the next episode of the show on March 19, Sameera will be seen playing a character named Anita.
Sameera’s inclusion in ‘Casualty’ is a part of the BBC's ‘celebrity swap’ between her and former Spice Girl Emma Bunton.
Last November, as part of the ‘celebrity swap’, Emma had come to Mumbai and did all the things Sameera normally does.
Emma's activities at Mumbai included being dressed up by Mumbai designer Rocky S and later filming a song sequence with filmmaker Sammir Dattani and Soha Ali Khan for Hriday Shetty's movie Pal Tham Gaya.
Thereafter, Sameera went to London and Bristol to “get a feel of Emma Bunton's lifestyle” including making a guest appearance in the hit series 'Casualty'.
Sameera Reddy’s Bollywood career has got a boost following the good run of her movie Musafir , whose director Sanjay Gupta calls her the Jennifer Lopez of India.
