Ashmit Patel has suddenly made it to the headlines after the surfacing of a video purportedly showing him in an intimate act with a female.
The disclosure of Ashmit’s video, shot on mobile phone, has been made by Mid-Day, the same daily that brought out the smooch pictures of Kareena Kapoor and Shahid in December, last year.
As learnt, the video shows Ashmit kissing a girl believed to be his good friend (and more) Riya Sen . The video also contains some nudity.
It appears that the clip could not have been shot without the couple’s knowledge as the female talks to the man behind the camera (believed to be Ashmit himself) many times.
While Ashmit has acknowledged the existence of the video, he claims that the clip is morphed. He alleges that it is an attempt to ruin his career.
Ashmit’s next film will be Soni Razdan’s Nazar with Pakistani actress Meera.
