Gorgeous stunner Aishwarya Rai will pair opposite Ajay Devgan in a film to be produced by Amitabh Bachchan’s production company ABCL.
The yet untitled project will be based on a family oriented subject with Jaya Bachchan playing Ash’s mother. It is learnt that actor Vinod Khanna and Mrs. Bachchan play a separated couple in the movie.
Amitabh Bachchan himself will not be seen acting in this film that will be produced by ABCL in collaboration with Spice Team Entertainment. Sharbani Deodhar will direct the film.
A source is quoted as saying that Bachchan himself chose not to enact the lead role opposite his real wife Jaya because the two elderly characters in the movie are not shown married to one another. And Vinod Khanna’s name for the role was suggested by the Big B only.
As for Aishwarya, it is incredible to see that Ajay Devgan is the actor she keeps getting paired with time and again. The two have acted together in a number of films and are now cast together once more for this one.
The film is likely to go on floors in September this year. It will be shot in Mumbai and London.
