Even before Pooja Bhatt could begin shooting for her movie ‘Cabaret’, another filmmaker is ready to release his movie bearing the same title.
Pooja is accusing adman Vinod Mukhi of usurping the title of her next movie ‘Cabaret’. She claims that she got the film’s title registered almost two years ago with Association of Motion Pictures and TV Programme Producers (AMPTPP).
While Pooja’s film will go on floors in the winters, Vinod Mukhi is ready to release his movie ‘Cabaret’ in August this year. Mukhi’s film stars actors Jai Kalra and Mumait Khan.
Pooja, on the other hand, has plans to make her movie with a huge ensemble cast. She has even approached Mallika Sherawat to play the female lead of a cabaret dancer in the film.
Pooja says she is determined to stall the release of Mukhi’s film in August unless he changes the title of his film.
