HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Kareena – the seductress in 'Don' 05th Aug 2005  20.32 IST By Aparajita Ghosh   Kareena Kapoor will play the role of the sensuous seductress Kamini in Farhan Akhtar’s movie ‘Don’. Farhan Akhtar is remaking his all-time favorite of Amitabh Bachchan ’s movies – Don . To play the lead role (essayed by Bachchan in the original), Farhan has already signed Shah Rukh Khan . Priyanka Chopra will play the don’s moll. And now some new additions have been made to the movie’s cast. Arjun Rampal has been roped in to play the role of an ex-convict, essayed by veteran Pran in the original movie. And Kareena will play the seductress Kamini, played by Helen in the 1978 flick. Like the original, the new ‘Don’ will feature Kareena in the sensuous number Yeh Mera Dil Pyar Ka Deewana. The film will also have the song Khaike Paan Banaras Wala that became a rage among the movie buffs in the late 70s. Farhan’s ‘Don’ will also have Ishaa Koppikar in a significant role.
