Koena sure of success of her next film

We have already told you how Koena Mitra set the screen on fire with her two erotic numbers in Musafir but those numbers and an extended role in the film didn’t take her too far as an actress in Bollywood.

Then Koena rejected all the item numbers that were offered to her. Keen to make her mark as an actress, Koena rejected numerous item number offers like in Kaal with Shah Rukh Khan , in The Rising with Aamir Khan , in Vidhu Vinod Chopra 's Parineeta and even in Chameli .

But there is a reason that Koena is sure of the success of her next film opposite Fardeen Khan titled 'Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena'.

The promos of the film are already on air and the song shows Koena in skimpy clothes in a boxing ring.

The film, a romantic comedy, has Koena playing a doctor and Fardeen a boy who fools all around him.

When asked about the movie's importance, she says, "I am solo heroine in it. So, this movie will prove a turning point in my career. To be a solo heroine is very important from the commercial angle."

Koena seems to have put all her career at stake with 'Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena'. And the Bengali bombshell is aware of the risk involved in her decision, and adds, "There is no life without risk."

In case 'Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena' fails, hope Koena's future in films is not jeopardized.
