Reports have it that Payal has been seeing producer Bunty Walia for more than three months. The two were first spotted together in mid-July at the Dus party in Mumbai. 
Speaking to an entertainment site, Payal confirmed that Bunty is “a close friend” but refused to say anything more than that. She did reveal that she met Bunty almost a year ago through a common friend and the two didn’t take long to hit off. She also added that Bunty has all the qualities she looks for in a man. “Bunty is very special to me and we are very close,” Payal is quoted as saying. When Bunty was asked about his relationship with Payal, he said they are “just good friends”. Meanwhile, Payal is raring to make a transition from sex kitten roles to substantial ones. She has already clinched marginal roles in Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Corporate’ and Subhash Ghai’s ‘36 China Town’.
