The two actors shared remarkable camaraderie (evident in Mujhse Shaadi Karogi ) until a minor incident in June caused a rift between them. 
It happened in a party on June 24 at Squeeze Lounge Bar in Juhu. Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna was there with her friends, while Salman was there with his brothers. When the party was at its height, Twinkle and Salman hit the dance floor together. The bystanders thought Salman was flirting with Twinkle and the wagging tongues got this rumour started. The next day, Salman got a call from Akki who warned the Khan to stay away from Twinkle. Since that day, the vibes between the two actors had been cold, until they got the chance to work together in a movie. Salman and Akki have been shooting together for producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s movie Jaaneman since September in the US. And the producer says the two actors have been on very cordial terms with each other during the entire shoot. “Sometimes, they would sit and chat for hours. Sometimes they would just say ‘hi’ and shoot,” Nadiadwala is quoted as saying. There have been rumours that Salman made Akki wait on the movie’s sets by deliberately coming late. But the producer denies this and says Salman has been very co-operative throughout the shoot and that is why they have been able to wrap up 50 percent of the movie in the scheduled time. Akshay, too, confirmed that there are no more bad vibes between him and Salman. “Salman and I got along very well. There was no problem between us,” he is quoted as saying. It is good to see that the two actors have buried the hatchet and forgotten their differences. Hope they have also forgotten the place where they buried it.
