Just days before his movie Kyon Ki hits the theatres, actor Salman Khan is promoting the film, calling it a “clean entertainer”.
Salman, on Sunday, launched a new line of exquisite jewellery 'Collection G' by D'damas in Mumbai. The jewellery is said to be inspired by his movie 'Kyon Ki', directed by Priyadarshan .
Speaking at the launch, Salman said 'Kyon Ki', co-starring Kareena Kapoor , Rimi Sen and Jackie Shroff , was one of the best films in his entire 15-year acting career.
Salman said the movie was a healthy entertainer that will appeal to family audiences.
“It's a clean entertainer with romance and comedy to be watched by the entire family,” Salman is quoted as saying.
The movie’s director, Priyadarshan, was also present at the press conference. The filmmaker said the Salman's character in the movie was akin to what the actor is in his real life.
In the movie, Salman plays a good-hearted man who is declared mentally unstable after he is accused of killing his girlfriend. Kareena Kapoor plays the doctor who falls in love with him while nursing him.
