But the much-rumoured bikini dress is not the reason for it. Grapevine has been abuzz that the blue-eyed stunner lost her extra flab because there was a bikini scene in the Dhoom sequel in which Ash plays Hrithik Roshan 's moll. 
But the actress has scotched such rumours by confirming there is no bikini scene in the film. Ash says she has lost weight for her characters in 'The Last Legion' and 'Dhoom II'. In 'The Last Legion', Ash plays a horse-riding, sword-wielding warrior. Of course, she had to get into shape to make her character look credible. Speaking about her weight loss, Ash told IANS: "It's a process that started earlier for 'The Last Legion'. If I had to get on a horse, I had to look worthy of it, no?" "And since in 'Dhoom 2' I'm playing an utter hip-and-now character, I naturally needed to get more into shape... There's no bikini, please!" Ash added. Ash also made a startling revelation that she is a total foodie and has never made any attempt to lose weight in the past. However, for her roles in the two films, Ash says she had to do it even though it was not a condition in the contract. She says she thought she needed to do it.
