There is a reason why the films of Abhishek Bachchan took so long to hit the bull’s eye at the box-office.
It was the thirteenth film of Amitabh Bachchan - Zanjeer that set him on the path to superstardom – all are aware of this fact.
And it was the thirteenth film of Abhishek – Yuva with which all sat up and noticed the loads of talent the Chhota B possesses.
But this is just a coincidence that it was with their respective thirteenth films (a number traditionally considered unlucky) that both father and son got their due in Bollywood – 31 years apart.
The reason why Abhishek tasted success late is albeit another.
An entertainment website reports that as a child also Abhishek learnt to walk and talk late while sister Shweta did all that quite easily.
Not just that, the actor is said to have started teething also quite late and his delayed success in Bollywood is not surprising for mom Jaya Bachchan .
Seems like Abhishek perfectly fits the tag of lambi race ka ghoda, who starts late but when catches speed, leaves all behind.
