The movie has Vivek, or Viveik as we should now call him, playing a sutradhar who introduces the lead characters at different stages of the story.
The idea to rope in Vivek as the narrator was given by the movie’s lead actor Akshay Kumar .
Besides introducing the characters, Vivek would also make a cameo appearance in which he would be dressed like a cowboy.
Vivek’s cowboy look, with hat and boots with spurs, is believed to be inspired by ‘Crocodile Dundee’.
Vivek has also sung a rap song in the movie. It is through this song his sutradhar introduces the movie’s characters. Vivek also makes an appearance after the movie’s climax to reason out the story’s outcome with the viewers.
Deewane Hue Pagal is being promoted as a complete laughathon. The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Shahid Kapur , Sunil Shetty and Rimi Sen . It is slated to hit the theatres on November 25.
