Fardeen Khan begins his marital life tonight as he weds Natasha Madhvani, his longtime girlfriend.
On Wednesday night in a star-studded ceremony at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai, Fardeen will exchange nuptial vows with Natasha, daughter of yesteryear actress Mumtaz. It would be a non-traditional, registered marriage.
Fardeen and Natasha have known each other since childhood. Their families have also been very close all this time.
"I'm certainly not nervous... I've known my fiancée for years. We both feel marriage is right for us. I always knew when the right person came along I'd instinctively know it. I feel it's the right time to do it, no butterflies in my stomach. I feel I want to spend the rest of my life with her," Fardeen is quoted by IANS.
Fardeen’s wedding outfit has been designed by his trusted designer Shaahid Amir. On his big night, Fardeen would wear a deep blue colored sherwani with opulent resham and Lucknowi threadwork. The outfit will have embellishments in baadla thread and Swarovski crystal.
More than 1,400 people are expected to attend the wedding. Film stars, family members, businessmen, politicians and friends are among the invited.
The wedding would be followed by a huge reception on December 16 at Grand Hyatt.
