HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Abhishek returns to work21st Dec 2005 18.12 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau Abhishek Bachchan had put all his movie assignments on the backburner following the ill health of his father Amitabh Bachchan . With the Big B now recuperating at home, Abhi is returning to work. Abhishek was supposed to shoot for J. P. Dutta 's movie Umrao Jaan in Jaipur in November and December. 
As Abhi was not able to shoot because of dad's illness, Dutta made adjustments and shot those portions of the movie that doesn't have Abhi. The movie's leading lady Aishwarya Rai and other actors like Sunil Shetty and Shabana Azmi have been shooting with Dutta. And now, Abhi too joined the team in Jaipur this week. Dutta says all attempts would now be made to make up for the lost time. Abhi would shoot for the movie in Rajasthan for the remaining month of December at least.
