HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Ash turns down endorsement offer in US 11th Jan 2006  21.00 IST   Bollywood stunner Aishwarya Rai has reportedly turned down an offer to endorse a mineral water product in America. Ash, who already has many endorsements to her name, reportedly got an offer to endorse a mineral water that is named after the holy river Ganga. The endorsement was meant to be in America only. However, reports have it that the actress has turned down the offer because a mineral water with the name Ganga could become a sensitive issue back home where the river is revered by Hindus. Moreover, majority of Ash’s endorsements include beauty products. Ash is presently working on J P Dutta’s next movie Umrao Jaan . This year would see three major international releases featuring Ash.
