Finally we are getting to see Mr. Bachchan in roles befitting his age and stature. We saw him pair with Rani Mukherjee as a teacher in Black . The movie also featured a kiss between the two. 
Now, it is learnt that the Big B will play the male lead in a movie based on the story of love between a young woman and an older man. Talented Tabu will be Bachchan’s co-star in the movie. The film, title still not known, will be directed by ad filmmaker R Balakrishnan who is also a good friend of Amitabh and has directed him in Dabur advertisements. Bachchan is quoted by IANS as saying about the movie: “It’s a very powerful love story between a woman and an older man. Tabu and I will play the two roles.” Bachchan was also full of praise for Tabu. “She’s very powerful, truly top-of-the-line. And to be doing something as unconventional as this with her would be a great challenge,” Bachchan is quoted as saying. Bachchan’s next release would be Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Eklavya . After that he would be seen in Karan Johar’s Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna . The film with Tabu would follow thereafter. Tabu, on the other hand, has been off the limelight. She is presently working in Kunal Kohli’s movie ‘Fanaah’ in which she is co-starring with Aamir Khan and Kajol .
