She may not have swept the boards at the award functions, but her acting in films like ‘Koi Mil Gaya’, ‘Kal Ho Na Ho’ and ‘Veer Zaara’ got her critical acclaim besides a few best actress statuettes.
As Preity turns 31 on Jan 31, she is looking forward to an eventful year with two big releases – Karan Johar's mega-starrer Kabhi Alvida Ne Kehna and Shirish Kunder's Jaaneman with Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan.
As for her birthday, Preity initially had plans to throw a big party in Mumbai. But the busy schedules of Karan Johar’s film prevented her from organizing one. Now she has plans to party during the weekend, when her other friend co-actors too would be free.
At the same time, Preity says she has no plans to marry in the immediate future. She is going steady with industrialist Ness Wadia.
