HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Will Smith gets a feel of India and Bollywood 23rd Feb 2006  20.50 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau   On his five-day trip to India, Hollywood actor Will Smith is getting to know India and Bollywood better. The actor, who is already acquainted with certain aspects of Indian culture and film industry, visited Agra on Tuesday to see the Taj Mahal. Will’s Wednesday was reserved for personalities from Hindi film industry. He met Karan Johar , Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Subhash Ghai . At night, he attended a party hosted by actor Fardeen Khan . “I really feel there is a marriage to be made between Hollywood and Bollywood,” Smith told reporters in Mumbai on Thursday. Smith has already expressed his admiration and willingness to work with Indian beauty Aishwarya Rai . The ‘Men In Black’ star was also very appreciative of Amitabh Bachchan . In his words, he has seen Bachchan’s Sarkar and was “blown away” by Big B’s performance in it. “I was blown away by the Big B and I want to be known as Big W,” Smith is quoted as displaying his characteristic humour in an Associated Press report. Smith is in Mumbai to launch Sony Television’s English-language movie channel called Pix. Smith will also appear on the popular music-based television show ‘Indian Idol’ on Friday. Basically, Smith would be encouraging the six participants in the talent hunt show. The show would be telecast on Monday.
