While two of these films feature the Big B and John in full-fledged roles, one would have Bachchan in a marginal appearance.
Bachchan and John have previously acted in movies like Viruddh and Aitbaar .
Now they will come together for Ravi Chopra’s Babul , in which Bachchan plays an aged father-in-law who wants his widowed bahu to marry again. John plays the suitor.
After this movie Bachchan will make a small appearance in a sci-fi thriller titled Happy Birthday , to be produced by Gaurang Doshi and directed by Sriram Raghvan (who directed Ek Haseena Thi ). Shooting for this movie will begin in June.
And after ‘Happy Birthday’, Bachchan and John would again act together in Raghavan’s other movie that will have the two stars in parallel roles. Raghavan has been working on this project for quite some time now.
Looks like we are going to see enough of Bachchan and John together on the big screen.
